How we do things
Every home’s different, so we check what tech works best for your postcode, whether it’s fibre, wireless, or whatever gives you the strongest connection. We’ll talk you through it in normal words (not tech-speak), and you choose what suits you best.
Once you’re set up, we don’t disappear. If faster tech becomes available where you live, we’ll let you know. We want you on the best connection possible, without you having to go hunting for it.

In some areas, Opus Broadband can provide a full-fibre connection directly from one of our poles to your home — offering the fastest speeds on our network.
Once you place your order, we’ll schedule an installation at a convenient time.
Our expert engineer will connect a fibre cable to your home, install an ONT (Optical Network Terminal), and set up a Wi-Fi 6 router in the best location for strong, reliable coverage.
This is why we started
To put it simply: people were getting ripped off or left behind. Big providers weren’t bothered about places like ours, so we stepped in.
We wanted to bring proper, reliable broadband to local homes without the big-corporate attitude.
Giving back matters
With our Internet for Everyone programme, we give free broadband to community centres, charities and families who need a bit of extra support. Around 20% of our network goes towards this, because everyone deserves to be connected — not just the people who can easily afford it.
